Job summary

Heritage Painting, a residential and commercial painting company serving Central Indiana, seeks a Lead Painter. The role is full-time and on-site, handling interior and exterior projects and coordinating with project managers and clients on schedules and color selections.

You will mentor team members, maintain a clean, safe jobsite, and ensure workmanship meets company standards. A valid driver’s license is required as company van and tools are provided.

Qualifications

• Interior and exterior painting experience with surface prep.
• Knowledge of coatings and finish selection.
• Proficient in spray painting and masking.
• Experience leading painting crews in residential/commercial settings.
• Ability to read work orders and communicate with clients/project management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and finish interior and exterior surfaces to company standards.
• Coordinate with project managers and clients on schedules and color selections.
• Mentor team members and maintain a professional jobsite.
• Document work performed and review materials needs.
