Qualifications

• 5+ years professional painting experience.
• 2+ years crew leadership preferred.
• Strong knowledge of residential and commercial painting.
• Ability to spray, brush, and roll professionally.
• Experience with cabinet finishing preferred.
• Strong drywall repair skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work on ladders.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily painting operations and supervise crews.
• Assign daily tasks and ensure on-time project completion.
• Train and mentor crew members; maintain productive work environment.
• Oversee interior/exterior, cabinet, drywall, and prep work.
• Maintain quality standards and safety, communicate with customers.
• Provide daily project updates and resolve issues professionally.
