Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional painting experience (interior/exterior; residential and/or commercial).
• 1+ year in a leadership role (crew leader, foreman, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of surface prep, coatings, tools, and application techniques.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a crew of painters on residential and commercial projects.
• Plan daily tasks, delegate work, and maintain productivity and timelines.
• Set up and break down job sites, ensuring organization and cleanliness.
• Track labor and materials and communicate needs to the office/owner.
• Report progress, issues, and change orders promptly.
