Qualifications

• Painter experience and education are critical to this position.
• Additional training will be provided to become comfortable in any Paint Coordinator role.
• Strong communication and leadership skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the activities of other painters.
• Perform painting applications with proper techniques, tools, and safety.
• Adhere to the general safety plan.
• May be required to perform undercoating and other duties as assigned.
• Exercise independent judgment in core duties.
• Maintain quality consistent with company standards.
• Work under supervision of foreman or department head.
• Keep the workspace organized, clean, and safe daily.
