NORDAM is seeking a production Lead at its repair division to supervise a team and implement policies that drive continuous quality improvement. The role focuses on coordinating schedules, directing personnel, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
The Lead coordinates with other supervisors, analyzes production flow, and motivates the team to meet contract priorities while maintaining records and reporting to management.
Supervises and coordinates activities of assigned personnel and implements and administers policies and procedures as delegated by management. Develops and provides leadership to customer-focused production teams to institutionalize the processes of Continuous Quality Improvement in accordance with organization goals and objectives.
Performs other duties as required. These duties may include assignments in job classifications and departments other than the primary assignment.
Minimum High School or GED.
If applicable, a combination of experience and training may be substituted for the education requirement.
5 year(s) Performing the type of work in the discipline of the work group where they will perform the duties of a Lead.
1 year(s) of the required 5)years experience in training, assigning and reviewing the work of lesser skilled stakeholders or have formal leadership assignments from another organization.
Must be able to work in excess of eight (8) hours per day and five (5) days per week, if required. Additionally, those who work at NORDAM Repair Division must be able to ascend and descend stairs.

While performing the duties of this job, the Stakeholder is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and outside weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment can vary from loud to a more moderate level.
