Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical/Electronic Engineering, Production Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of supervision and management experience in finished car paint.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and manage factory building progress.
• Address regulation, safety and environmental issues during construction.
• Identify, report and discuss issues with staff.
• Manage paint facility status and drive improvements.
• Develop measures to improve facilities and processes.
• Plan cleaning of paint shop and arrange manpower.
• Collect daily production plans and establish schedules.
• Analyze production data and propose improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules and regulations.
• Coordinate with managers and workers for efficient operations.
