Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develops best practices to improve production capacity, quality and reliability.
• Drive the implementation of continuous improvement processes for efficiency to create a Lean Manufacturing environment.
• Investigates problems, analyzes root causes and derives resolutions using structured problem solving.
• Supports operational strategies to achieve production and financial objectives.
• Assures product and process quality by designing testing methods and establishing standards.
• Provides input for budget preparation and monitors expenses and profitability.
• Supports the design, documentation, and implementation of medium-scale manufacturing processes.
• Performs tasks to plan and accomplish goals and evaluates current production activities for improvements.
• Proposes cost reduction initiatives while maintaining high quality standards.
• Leads projects from start to finish and participates in team meetings.
