WPP Media in New York is seeking an Associate Director, Paid Search who will own day-to-day search operations, guide strategic direction inside the digital group, and manage career paths of staff.

You will lead a team across accounts, train managers, and interface with senior clients, balancing analytics, budgets, and performance to deliver exceptional results within a hybrid, office-in-New-York environment.

Formación

• 5+ years experience in analytical tools (Google Analytics, Web trends, Omniture) and search engine desktop tools (AdWords Editor, Bing Ads Editor).
• Significant client-facing and relationship management experience.
• Prior experience managing a team; proven track record training and growing junior team members.
• Excellent verbal and written skills; strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day management of search team workflow, recommendations, execution details, budgets, and performance.
• Develop relationships with the search community, vendors and Directors for optimal service and results.
• Study client product and marketing objectives with emphasis on paid search to guide recommendations.
• Interface and present to senior clients on a regular basis.
• Train, motivate and develop Search Managers and Associates, growing talent within the team.
