• Must perform basic quality checks per control matrix.
• Fluent in production parts and SAP usage.
• Able to read production schedules and use SAP for inventory and WOs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic Excel knowledge.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Assign machine line responsibility to shift employees.
• Assist in breaks and line coverage.
• Inspect and pack quality parts into boxes.
• Ensure correct box sealing and labeling.
• Train new packers and assist in documentation.
• Back up supervisor during absences and complete reports.
