Job summary

Maker's Pride, LLC is seeking a Production Lead to guide and train production staff and coordinate quality checks on the assigned line. You will oversee 12–40 employees, ensure safety, and manage production paperwork.

Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills are essential in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Experience in Lean Manufacturing and proficiency with MS Office and SAP are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Fundamental understanding of Lean Manufacturing.
• Ability to train and coordinate 12–40 employees and maintain safety.

Responsibilities
