Job summary

Pregis LLC is seeking a Lead Packer to oversee Packers across multiple lines, ensuring quality and on-time delivery per SOPs. You will guide workflow, monitor inspections, and maintain SAP inventory accuracy while supporting continuous improvement in a fast-paced packaging environment.

The role requires 3–5 years in manufacturing, high school or technical training, and preferred supervisory experience. Bilingual Spanish a plus; overtime flexibility and strong teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent preferred.
• 3–5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Spanish bilingual a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Packers for multiple production lines, monitoring performance and providing direction.
• Ensure SOPs are followed during production.
• Maintain correct packaging components for each job order.
• Monitor packaging defects and initiate hold procedures per QA standards.
• Train Packers on QA SOPs and perform regular audits.
• Coordinate with QA Inspector, Quality Manager, and Operations to resolve issues.
