Job summary

Pregis is hiring a Packaging Coordinator to oversee packaging operations and lead a team of hourly and temporary staff. You will ensure product quality, align with customer specs, and apply lean principles to achieve efficient, cost-effective production.

This role reports to the Shift Supervisor and operates on a 6:00AM-6:00PM or 6:00PM-6:00AM rotating schedule. You will monitor materials, drive quality control, and coordinate with supervision to optimize safety, breaks, and workflow while

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in a leadership role preferred.
• Strong organizational and delegation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing/warehouse environment.
• Knowledge of safety guidelines and lean manufacturing principles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee packaging operations and ensure quality while controlling costs.
• Coordinate workflow of packaging workforce and supervise hourly/temporary staff.
• Monitor QC procedures and ensure adherence to SOPs and safety standards.
• Print labels and manage pallet flags; communicate shift information to next team.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts and promote teamwork.
