Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Packaging Line Department employees and shift activities.
• Ensure safety, quality, output, and equipment maintenance for the shift.
• Meet packaging goals and coordinate flow of materials and products.
• Manage cost standards and efficient use of resources.
• Relay information between management and subordinates; maintain communication.
• Maintain shift logs, reports, and safety training programs.
• Foster professional relationships within department and plant.
