Job summary

Altium Packaging Buena Park, CA is hiring a 3rd shift supervisor to direct production personnel and manage resources in our packaging operations. You will lead with our Guiding Principles, drive safety, quality and timely output, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Requirements: high school diploma, 3 years in manufacturing with at least 1 year in supervision, and strong knowledge of machinery. Preferred AS degree; blow or injection mold experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 3 years experience in a manufacturing environment with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
• High level knowledge of machinery and production systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead by applying Guiding Principles and championing safety, quality and production efficiency.
• Manage performance, training and development, coaching and promotions.
• Coordinate scheduling, preventive maintenance actions and budgeting matters.
• Ensure compliance with policies and customer product specifications; deliver on time.
• Act as change agent, drive continuous improvement and employee engagement.
