RRD is seeking a Packaging Platform Design Leader to manage and direct the packaging design staff in Wisconsin. You will oversee platform design output, assign work to optimize throughput, and prioritize requests across all levels to ensure deliverables are met.

You will mentor junior designers, communicate with clients and sales, and translate design reasoning into production-ready specifications. Proficiency with ArtiosCAD, SolidWorks, Rhino 3D, and Adobe Creative Suite is highly valued, with

• Minimum 2-year degree or related experience.
• 5+ years of experience in packaging structural design.
• Ability to mentor junior designers.
• Strong communication with clients, sales, and manufacturing.
• Advanced knowledge of ArtiosCAD; SolidWorks/Rhino a plus.
