Job summary

Lilly Concord is a state-of-the-art Parenteral, Device Assembly, and Packaging Facility in Concord, North Carolina. This role supports startup activities to bring the area into service, becoming the expert on equipment and processes and leading the training of staff.

After startup, you will run the process, troubleshoot, and ensure continuous supply of medicines, working cross-functionally while upholding safety and quality first. Senior/Lead operators mentor others and drive improvements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Good communication skills (written and verbal).
• Flexible and able to troubleshoot.
• Computer proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership on manufacturing floor ensuring safety, quality, and productivity.
• Maintain a safe work environment and support HSE goals.
• Act as administrator and technical leader for operations.
• Lead troubleshooting and be primary contact for issue escalation on the shop floor.
• Administer technical training and ensure operators are trained.
• Operate equipment to meet production schedule.
