• Lead operator on a pharmaceutical/parenteral site.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership on manufacturing floor to ensure safety, quality, and reliable supply.
• Serve as technical lead for operations and training of shift operators.
• Operate equipment to meet production schedules and review documentation.
• Support continuous improvement and adherence to CGMPs and quality systems.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to meet capacity plans.
