Job summary

ANI Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Packaging Team Leader to coordinate and lead daily packaging operations on-site in East Windsor, NJ. The role oversees equipment setup, training, and ensuring safety, quality, and cGMP compliance.

You will supervise staff, drive productivity, and collaborate with quality, engineering, and validation teams to meet specifications across packaging lines and shifts.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical packaging operations and cGMP requirements.
• Ability to lead, train, and mentor team members.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow and execute complex instructions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provides day-to-day guidance and support.
• Trains new employees and monitors their progress.
• Acts as backup to the Packaging Supervisor.
• Supervises packaging activities, including equipment setup and operation.
• Coordinates workflow across multiple packaging lines and shifts to optimize efficiency.
• Collaborates with quality, engineering, and validation teams to ensure packaging meets specs.
