Job summary

SnapLock Industries, Inc. is seeking a Packaging & Logistics Lead to oversee daily packaging operations and coordinate shipping and receiving to ensure on-time material flow and quality compliance.

You will lead on-floor packaging, operate and troubleshoot equipment, manage documentation in the ERP system, and uphold safety standards while collaborating with Production, Warehouse, and Quality teams. This role emphasizes accurate labeling, inventory control, and continuous improvement of workflow

Qualifications

• Technical diploma or equivalent experience in manufacturing or industrial operations.
• Proven experience in a production environment, preferably with profiling and packaging machinery.
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and forklift operation (license preferred).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day packaging activities to ensure products are packaged according to specifications and quality standards.
• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot packaging equipment as needed.
• Coordinate the loading and unloading of inbound and outbound trucks.
• Verify incoming shipments for accuracy, damage, and proper documentation.
• Maintain accurate counts of packaging materials and report shortages to the supervisor/manager.
• Enforce all safety policies, PPE requirements, and safe material-handling procedures.
• Act as the on-floor lead for packaging and logistics activities, helping coordinate priorities and tasks.
