Job summary

Mars Inc. is seeking a Packaging Equipment Engineer at its Ohio distribution hub. You will specify and procure new packaging equipment, lead installation projects for case packers and shrink systems, and drive OEE improvement across all packaging lines.

The role requires hands-on leadership in packaging engineering, knowledge of OEM equipment, and project management from selection to commissioning to achieve optimal line performance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of packaging engineering or maintenance leadership experience.
• Knowledge of packaging equipment OEMs and specifications.
• Project management from equipment selection through commissioning.
• OEE analysis and improvement methodology experience.
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or packaging engineering.

Responsibilities
