Job summary

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute R&D strategies for growth and efficiency.
• Lead line trials and provide technical inputs throughout product implementation.
• Establish operational control systems for product launches.
• Execute trials for process and product validations.
• Lead coordination of cross-functional projects and drive efficiency.
• Support Safety, Quality CI, and Environment initiatives.
