The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical skills, a customer-focused mindset, and experience in troubleshooting technical issues. The position offers a salary range of $65,000-$70,000 and a robust benefits package including medical and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently with little or no direct supervision.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Packsize equipment onsite.
• Troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively.
• Perform routine maintenance and emergency services as necessary.
• Schedule tasks at customer job sites.
• Train customers on product capabilities and features.
