Job summary

Mars Incorporated seeks a Process/Product Implementation Engineer to lead the rollout of new products, processes and packaging equipment at the site, driving improvements in capabilities and capacity through major changes in process, product, and packaging.

The role requires a BS in Engineering or related field or 5+ years of equivalent manufacturing experience, with strong problem-solving skills and 6 Sigma expertise, plus travel to other Mars sites as needed to expand knowledge.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, Supply, or a technical field, or 5+ years of equivalent manufacturing experience.
• Advanced problem-solving and 6 sigma methodologies.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of new products, processes, packaging equipment and systems on site.
• Develop and execute R&D strategies for growth, quality and efficiency in product/process packaging.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive change and achieve project milestones.
• Perform trials and document results; hand over to industrialization teams.
• Collaborate with regional teams to share best practices and enhance knowledge transfer.
