Job summary

Interparfums USA, LLC seeks a Manager, Packaging Development & Sourcing to lead the creation and launch of new fragrance packaging. You will optimize manufacturability, cost, and lead times while coordinating with brands and suppliers globally to meet strategic goals.

Based in our New York office (Mon-Thu on-site, Friday remote), the role requires a packaging engineering background and 3+ years in fragrance packaging, including glass forming. A dynamic, fast-paced environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in packaging development for fragrance/cosmetics.
• Experience with glass forming required.

Responsibilities

• Provide feasibility assessment of concepts with manufacturability, cost, and lead times.
• Collaborate with vendors to define specifications and quality parameters.
• Recommend sourcing and supply chain strategies within a global vendor portfolio.
• Ensure programs meet brand needs while balancing design, quality, cost, and delivery.
• Develop mitigation plans for operational risks and timing challenges.
• Drive packaging innovation by presenting new concepts and market trends.
