Maesa is hiring a Package Developer at its New York headquarters, the technical hand behind the bottles, caps, and cartons that its beauty and fragrance brands live in. In fragrance especially, packaging is half the product; the glass and pump often cost more than the juice, per the cost anatomy in our pricing piece , and getting it manufacturable at mass-retail prices is genuine engineering.

About the Role

The Package Developer takes packaging from creative concept through production: sourcing components and suppliers, managing specs, tooling, and compatibility testing, fragrance attacks plastics and finishes in ways that surprise newcomers, running timelines against launch dates, and troubleshooting on-line issues with fillers. The role bridges design, brand, and the contract manufacturing network our contract-filling coverage maps.
