Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in packaging or engineering required.
• 2+ years of leadership experience coaching and developing others.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate complex info into business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of packaging engineers.
• Drive packaging innovation and commercialization across global product pipelines.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Design, Marketing, Procurement and Supply Chain.
• Lead sustainability initiatives and develop roadmaps for materials and technologies.
• Oversee technical project execution including testing, budgets and risk management.
• Provide technical leadership across packaging disciplines.
