Qualifications

• 10+ years of food industry experience.
• Bachelor’s of Science/Engineering in a relevant field; Master’s/PhD preferred (Packaging Engineering degree preferred).
• Certifications such as 6 sigma, ELP, CPP are highly beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Oversee packaging projects across all business units and ensure application of packaging principles.
• Develop subject matter expertise for complex packaging issues and opportunities.
• Lead the development and centralization of packaging specifications and data management.
