Job summary

You will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver innovative packaging aligned with cost, visuals and sustainability goals.

The role involves developing prototypes and final designs, supporting data-driven decisions, and coordinating with packaging operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in packaging design or related field.
• 7 years of experience in packaging development.
• Proven experience with packaging materials and related technologies.
• Experience in the entire packaging design process from concept to production.

Responsibilities

• Lead the structural design and revision of packaging concepts across Lowe's Private Brands categories.
• Develop plans for new and refreshed packaging systems and coordinate rollouts.
• Support sustainability goals by reducing material use and aligning with recycling regulations.
• Define packaging specifications with QA team to ensure product protection and compliance.
• Coordinate packaging timelines with the packaging operations team and vendors.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and international vendors to deliver packaging solutions.
• Establish relationships with suppliers to drive innovation and reduce cost.
• Conduct market research and store walks to identify packaging trends and opportunities.
