Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, up to five days a week.
• Experience in supervision or management preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Trains and supervises Package Handlers and Clerks on safety and productivity.
• Maintains relationships with employees, management and customers.
• Leads group meetings and coordinates evaluations with management.
• Ensures duties are completed safely and on time; handles timecards.
