Job summary

UPS is seeking a Supervisor to train and supervise Package Handlers and Clerks, focusing on safety, productivity, and attendance. The role holds teams accountable for timecards and ensures duties are completed accurately.

You will develop relationships with staff and management, coordinate evaluations, and lead meetings to drive performance in a fast-paced warehouse environment. A degree and management experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs/32 kg.
• Flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong problem solving and multitasking abilities.
• Solid oral and written communication skills.
• Warehouse environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Trains and supervises Package Handlers and Clerks on safety and productivity.
• Maintains good working relationships with employees, management and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Coordinates evaluations with management.
• Supervises daily activities to ensure tasks are done safely and on time.
