Job summary

ConvenientMD seeks a Lead PA to provide patient-centered care in our Massachusetts urgent care clinic. You’ll mentor new-grad providers, lead clinical staff, and collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality, efficient care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and PA certification.
• DEA license with no restrictions.
• BLS certification (AHA/Red Cross); not CPR/ACLS.
• Emergency medicine/urgent care experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills.
• Excellent team player and proactive communicator.
• Compassionate, patient-focused.
• Proficient with EMR and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Conduct health assessments, exams, and review histories.
• Order/interpret diagnostics and manage conditions.
• Provide injections, immunizations, suturing, wound care.
• Educate patients on health, medications and wellness.
• Maintain accurate medical records in EMR.
• Maintain safe, compliant clinical environment.
• Collaborate with clinic staff for coordinated care.
• Mentor new-grad providers and staff.
• Pursue continuing education and professional development.
