Job summary

Lumbee Holdings is seeking a Registered Nurse III to lead outpatient clinical services and manage nursing and administrative duties at the Fort Belvoir outpatient clinic. The role requires extensive RN experience, NLN-approved education, and an active Top Secret clearance.

The RN will coordinate patient care with a Physician Assistant and medical staff, supervise front desk operations, and ensure documentation and compliance with JC guidelines. Afternoon/evening flexibility not required.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of a NLN-approved nursing program (Diploma, Bachelor’s, or Master’s).
• Five years of nursing experience, including outpatient clinic setting.
• Valid, unrestricted RN license in at least one US state.
• Current CPR and ACLS certifications as required by customer.
• Active Top Secret security clearance.
• Current US driver's license.
• Strong English reading, writing and speaking skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as outpatient primary care aid station nurse manager and clinical services lead.
• Coordinate patient care with clinicians and administrative staff to ensure efficiency and quality care.
• Manage front desk operations, records, and medical database; oversee clinic appointment calendar.
• Place orders in CHCS/AHLTA and review results; generate readiness reports.
• Educate patients and families about the care plan and follow-up care; document care accurately.
