Responsibilities

• Provides oversight of daily clinical operations, workflow, productivity and training to outpatient clinical team members and updates management regarding issues.
• Collaborates with healthcare team, patients and families to maximize patient outcomes and ensure efficient processing.
• Serves as resource to team members and provide training to improve competency and service level.
• Participates in quality improvement initiatives and shares performance deficiencies with management.
