Job summary

LeadingAge Virginia is seeking a Registered Nurse (Specialty Care) to deliver and coordinate high‑quality outpatient nursing care. The RN is responsible for individualized care planning, patient education, and safe medication administration in the specialty clinic setting.

This role requires an active RN license, English proficiency, and eligibility for state licensure. Outpatient clinic experience and teamwork are preferred. Schedule aligns with weekday hours; no telework option.

Qualifications

• English proficiency required by VA standards.
• Outpatient specialty clinic experience desirable.
• Ability to educate patients and coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and document nursing care in the Specialty Care Outpatient setting.
• Assess patient needs and develop/adjust care plans.
• Administer medications and monitor infusion procedures as needed.
• Lead or participate in daily huddles and coordinate patient schedules.
