Qualifications

• California Occupational Therapist (OT) licensure in good standing
• SNF experience preferred, new graduates welcome with strong clinical rotations
• Strong communication and clinical reasoning for geriatric care

Responsibilities

• Complete initial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide ADL-focused therapy and functional mobility interventions
• Recommend adaptive equipment and environmental modifications
• Collaborate interdisciplinary with PT, SLP, nursing and medical teams
• Maintain precise documentation per California standards
• Educate residents and families through therapy programs
