Salinas Valley Post-Acute in Salinas, California is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our premier rehabilitation team. This role offers the flexibility of full-time, part-time, or PRN schedules and emphasizes resident-centered care and exceptional clinical outcomes.

You will perform comprehensive evaluations, deliver ADL-focused therapy, collaborate with PT/SLP and nursing, and pursue ongoing professional development through sponsorship and tuition reimbursement.

Qualificações

• California Occupational Therapist (OT) licensure in good standing
• SNF experience preferred, new graduates welcome with strong clinical rotations
• Strong communication and clinical reasoning for geriatric care

Responsabilidades

• Complete initial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide ADL-focused therapy and functional mobility interventions
• Recommend adaptive equipment and environmental modifications
• Collaborate interdisciplinary with PT, SLP, nursing and medical teams
• Maintain precise documentation per California standards
• Educate residents and families through therapy programs
