Pacific Coast Post-Acute in Salinas, CA is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist to lead our orthopedic/sports medicine program. You will provide one-on-one rehabilitation in a premier post-acute setting and guide clinical decisions as a program leader.

This full-time role offers hourly pay ranging from $58 to $70 DOE, sponsorship options, and a path for new graduates with strong outpatient rotations.

Qualifications

• Active California PT license.
• Outpatient orthopedic or sports medicine experience.
• Interest in leading program development and clinical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient evaluations and comprehensive assessments.
• Design and implement individualized care plans (manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuro rehab).
• Collaborate with the Director of Rehab to grow the program and referrals.
• Maintain precise documentation for outpatient billing and progress tracking.
