Qualifications

• At least 2 years of retail experience in the relevant department.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to convey ideas clearly.
• Demonstrated ability to actively listen, ask relevant questions, and respond clearly.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to indoor merchandising guide and maintain displays aligned with company standards.
• Monitor inventory with regular counts, reconcile discrepancies, and replenish stock.
• Oversee recovery to keep department neat and visually appealing.
• Coordinate and execute price changes with pricing labels and signage.
• Manage playbook features and planogram sets per company guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety within the department and workspace.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist with inquiries.
• Process transactions or loadouts as required at front end.
• Operate handheld devices, forklifts, pallet jacks, ladders, and other retail equipment.
• Participate in cross-training and learning initiatives; support team as needed.
• Offer friendly, proactive internal and external support and address issues promptly.
