Job summary

C.H. Robinson is seeking a Lead Warehouse Associate to train, coach, and oversee our warehouse team. You will ensure safe loading and unloading of freight, optimize processes, and resolve issues to drive efficiency. This is a Monday–Friday role with a 6:00am–2:30pm shift.

Responsibilities

• Assist in adhering to SOPs and ensure implementation
• Train and troubleshoot Warehouse Management System (WMS) usage
• Receive goods from customers and suppliers, check paperwork and damages
• Operate forklifts and handling equipment for palletization and loading/unloading
• Prepare outbound loads and ensure correct labeling and documentation
• Sign off Bills of Lading and verify counts and damages
• Stage cargo safely and maintain clean, organized warehouse
• Support quality standards and rework processes as needed
• Contribute to development of new SOPs for new business or changes
• Engage in cross-functional duties across receiving, loading, picking, shipping
