Job summary

Extensive knowledge of power plant mechanical and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

Lead Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance Technicians in safe maintenance, troubleshooting, testing, and repair of equipment.
Oversee preventive, predictive, corrective, and outage maintenance programs to maximize reliability and performance.
Provide technical leadership for maintenance of gas turbines, steam turbines, HRSGs, generators, switchgear, transformers, MCCs, and balance-of-plant systems.
Plan maintenance during outages, coordinating personnel, contractors, materials, and equipment.
Serve as maintenance liaison between Operations, Engineering, contractors, OEM reps, and Plant Management.
Direct complex maintenance activities including installation, alignment, balancing, testing, and commissioning.
Coordinate isolation, LOTO activities, and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and CMMS work orders for planning and compliance.
