Job summary

Wellpath is seeking an Organizational Development Consultant to partner with leaders and HR to design, implement, and evaluate programs that boost leadership effectiveness, onboarding, and organizational capability.

You will analyze data, run trainings, and support initiatives across performance management, engagement, and succession planning. The role offers a collaborative, mission-driven environment with ongoing training and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, Learning and Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a closely related field; or related experience required.
• Master’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in Organizational Development, Learning and Development, Human Resources, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, or a related discipline.
• Experience facilitating training programs, workshops, and group discussions, and supporting initiatives related to leadership development, employee engagement, performance management, or succession planning.
• Experience conducting assessments, analyzing data, developing recommendations, and supporting implementation of solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR Business Partners, leaders, and stakeholders to identify organizational needs and development opportunities.
• Conduct assessments, stakeholder interviews, surveys, focus groups, and data analysis to identify trends and recommend solutions.
• Design, coordinate, and facilitate leadership development programs, manager training, onboarding experiences, and employee development initiatives.
• Support succession planning, talent reviews, performance management, employee engagement, and leadership development processes.
• Lead organizational development projects, evaluate program effectiveness, support change management initiatives, and develop tools and resources that enhance organizational capability.
