Ladders is seeking a Lead, Organic Risk Adjustment to join a leading healthcare organization. This remote role drives development and execution of programs to strengthen risk adjustment performance, builds workflows, and partners with senior leaders to turn strategy into actionable plans.

You will operationalize new reporting, manage multiple initiatives, and ensure measurable outcomes across the organization while collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and day-to-day

Competenze

• 5–7 years of experience in healthcare operations, risk adjustment, or related fields.
• Proven track record leading large-scale cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills to identify data trends and translate insights into actions.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience influencing senior leaders and driving organizational change.
