A consulting firm is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Lead Consultant in North Carolina, Charlotte. The ideal candidate should have over 15 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM, particularly with Performance Management. Qualifications

• 15+ years of functional experience in Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Mandatory expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM Performance Management.
• Strong knowledge of Core HR, Security, and Payroll Integration.
• Hands-on experience with HDL loaders and data conversion processes.
• Excellent understanding of testing methodologies (DEV, SIT, UAT) and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering and document preparation processes.
• Conduct training sessions for users on Oracle Fusion HCM applications.
• Drive end-to-end integration testing across environments.
• Mentor a team of Oracle consultants across HCM, OIC, and FDI.
