Candidates must have over 5 years of experience with Oracle HCM modules and tools, along with strong analytical and communication skills. Compensation ranges from $40-$60 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules.
• 5+ years of hands-on knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL.
• Familiarity with cloud computing, including SaaS and PaaS.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical team for timely delivery of solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop HCM solutions.
• Provide support and maintenance for HCM Cloud solutions.
