HCA HealthONE Swedish seeks an OR Service Line Lead Tech who will bring advanced competency in aseptic technique and back table setup. The role includes supporting sterile supplies, training staff, and rotating to related service areas as needed to ensure high standards of patient care.

The position emphasizes leadership within the OR, compliance with safety and care plans, and active participation in education and orientation programs for students and staff.

Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• High School Graduate / GED
• Vocational School Graduate
• (ST) Surgical Technologist, or (CST) Certified Surgical Technologist
• No Travel Required
• 1 year experience Required
• 5 years experience Preferred

Responsabilités

• The OR Service Lead Tech demonstrates advanced knowledge and acts as a resource in aseptic technique, back table setup, sterile supplies and equipment.
• Rotates to areas beyond assigned service as needed and supports new orientation programs and training.

Surgical Technologist or CST
