HCA HealthONE Presbyterian St. Luke’s is seeking a Lead Surgical Technologist to lead the OR team and ensure the safest, most advanced surgical care.

You’ll work with a skilled team, organize suites, prep equipment, scrub with surgeons during complex procedures, and mentor others to uphold best practices. Qualifications

Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
ST Surgical Technologist
Associate Degree, or Vocational School Graduate

Responsibilities

Lead surgical preparation by organizing suites, equipment, and instruments to ensure readiness for every procedure.
Scrub in and support surgeons through complex cardiac surgeries, maintaining a safe, sterile environment.
Mentor surgical technologists, train new team members and reinforce best practices.
Oversee quality and safety by managing counts, handling specimens, and infection prevention standards.
Drive teamwork and efficiency through communication and on-call support.
