Job summary

HCA HealthONE Swedish is seeking an OR Service Lead Tech Coordinator to provide advanced sterile technique and back-table setup in the operating room. The role may rotate to different service areas and supports education and orientation programs for staff and students.

Qualifications include CST or ST certification, 1 year of experience (5 years preferred), and Basic Life Support within 30 days. This position offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities within a large health system.

Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days of start date.
• High School Graduate / GED.
• Vocational School Graduate.
• ST or CST certification.
• No travel required.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates advanced aseptic technique and back-table setup.
• Rotates to areas other than assigned service and supports orientation/education.
• Acts as a resource for sterile supplies and training related to the scrub role.
