Job summary

Dallas Regional Medical Center in Irving, Texas is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Operating Room. You will provide direct patient care and lead the surgical team, coordinating schedules and workflow in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include current TX RN license, BLS, ACLS within hire period, and 5 years OR experience; CNOR within 2 years preferred. Sign-on bonus of $20,000 is available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state RN license.
• BLS certified on hire and maintained.
• ACLS within 30 days of hire and maintained.
• PALS on hire and maintained (preferred).
• 1–2 years supervisory experience in acute care OR setting (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years OR experience in acute care (preferred).
• CNOR within 2 years (preferred).
• BSN degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe patient care and clinical leadership in the surgical environment.
• Coordinate staff assignments, surgical schedules, and OR workflow.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, OR techs and interdisciplinary team.
• Ensure patient safety, infection prevention, and confidentiality.
