Job summary

Dallas Regional Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Operating Room to provide safe patient care and lead the surgical team. You will coordinate staff assignments, manage scheduling, and ensure adherence to infection control and patient safety standards.

This full-time day shift offers a sign-on bonus of $20,000 for qualified candidates, a supportive team, competitive pay, and comprehensive benefits. Required: valid RN license, BLS/ACLS, and 5 years OR experience; CNOR preferred.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state RN license.
• BLS certification required and current.
• ACLS certification within 30 days of hire and current.
• PALS certification preferred upon hire.
• 5+ years of operating room experience in acute care.
• CNOR certification within 2 years preferred.
• BSN degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe patient care and clinical leadership in the OR.
• Coordinate staff assignments, surgical schedules, and OR workflow.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and surgical techs.
• Maintain infection prevention and patient safety standards.
