Job summary

LensCrafters is seeking an Associate Optometrist in Columbia, SC to provide high-quality optometric care and patient service. You will lead exams, communicate clearly, and collaborate with store leadership to meet KPI targets and maintain the highest standards of eye care.

You will work with the MOD, SMM and team to ensure excellent patient experiences, ongoing education, and strong brand representation within the local community.

• Doctor of Optometry required.

Responsibilities

• Delivers high-quality optometric care following clinical protocols.
• Leads patient interactions and builds doctor/patient relationships.

• Maintains office systems and continuing education requirements.
• Collaborates with MOD, SMM and store team to drive growth.
• Maintains licensure and upholds standards of care.
