LensCrafters is seeking an Associate Optometrist to join our team in Sumter, SC. You will lead patient care, perform clinical protocols, and collaborate with store leadership to drive growth and excellence in eye care.

The role emphasizes delivering high-quality optometric services, leveraging technology, and maintaining licensure while supporting medical practice and pre/post-op care where applicable.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctor of Optometry degree and be licensed or eligible for licensure in the United States.
• Experience with Medical Optometry including billing and coding is preferred.
• Knowledge of surgical care and practices pertaining to Optometry.
• Strong communication and listening skills; patient-centric care.

Responsibilities

• Lead patient care and ensure highest quality Optometric services.
• Collaborate with MOD, SMM and store team to achieve KPI targets.
• Establish and maintain doctor/patient relationships and provide post-visit guidance.
• Utilize technology to enhance patient experiences and outcomes.
• Mentor and train team members on company programs and service standards.
